At Dirty Gertie’s we take the health and wellbeing of all our staff and customers very seriously.
With that in mind, we take a responsible approach to following Government guidelines and ensure that all methods are being adhered to.
Before you arrive
We ask that any guests who may be or have recently felt unwell to stay at home until a future date to protect our staff and other guests.
We ask that parties book their table so that we can manage capacity levels and prevent overcrowding where possible.
All surfaces will be cleansed and ready for use before arrival and after each use.
Only 6 persons per table will be able to visit.
We will ensure that all tables are spaced apart according to guidelines.
Please ensure that there is enough space in the front entrance before entering the building, if customers are waiting to be shown to a table or exiting the building, please safely queue and await your turn to enter.
Be ready when asked to provide your contact details or use the NHS track and trace app.
Throughout your visit
When moving around the building, please wear a face covering or mask, unless seated at your table.
Please do not queue for the toilets.
No sitting at the bar.
All staff members will be wearing face shields and/or masks.
Staff will be handwashing and cleansing their hands frequently.
Antibacterial hand gels are readily available for all guests and staff.
Staff will take all orders from your table, there will be no service from the bar.
Takeaway service is available .
